Discuss this feature

Business need

Register guests, control capacity, and collect the information needed to run an event without relying on scattered calls, messages, or spreadsheets.

Visitor experience

Choose an event, select a free reservation or paid ticket when configured, provide the required information, and receive a clear confirmation.

Staff experience

Create events and ticket types, set capacity, review attendees, export reports, and follow the agreed cancellation, check-in, and refund workflow.

Free RSVP and paid-ticket workflows

A free RSVP can collect attendee details and control capacity without a checkout. A paid-ticket workflow adds pricing, payment-provider checkout, receipts, refunds, taxes, fees, and financial reconciliation. The right flow depends on the event and the organization’s approved policies.

  • Receive a confirmation that explains what happens next.

What BigMt configures

BigMt can plan the public flow, configure the selected website and ticketing components, connect an approved payment account when in scope, style the experience, test accessibility and mobile behavior, document staff steps, and prepare launch and rollback checks.

What remains the customer’s responsibility

The customer approves event terms, pricing, capacity, tax treatment, fees, refund and cancellation rules, privacy language, payment ownership, financial reconciliation, attendee operations, and any legally required disclosures.
